Public Statement – 5 November 2025
The Public Accounts Committee advises that initial submissions regarding the Acacia Project have been received. However, the Committee has noted with concern the limited number of submissions received to date. Given the significance of this matter, the Committee believes there may be additional individuals who have information that could assist its work.

In response, the Committee has agreed to issue a further public call for submissions. The Committee encourages individuals — including former employees and others with relevant knowledge — to provide either public or confidential submissions, with appropriate protections available under parliamentary procedure.

The Committee advises that submissions are due by 31 January 2026.
