Site visit: Territory Care and Support Services
Recently, members of the community mentioned to me about the excellent support for those with a range of disabilities from Territory Care and Support Services (TCASS) has consistently provide Territorians with a range of disabilities.
So, I visited their Darwin activity centre today.
I was greeted by Stewart – Business , Development & Projects Manager then Vinod – Care Coordinator. We had a lengthy chat about who Elder Abuse Action Australia is, the role of the NT SPARK Representative and the aim of AdvocateNT for local pain points for seniors and those with disabilities in the Norrthern Territory.
It was immediately clear that the organisation has a strong focus on individuals needs to deliver care to those who attend the services and activities provided.
